Product returns are not permitted for any reason. 

Product exchange are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects, within 14 days from the date of receipt

• Product is in its original condition
• Has not been used or damaged
• In original packaging with all accessorie

• Customized or personalized products
• Used products
• Sale items

You can cancel your order only if it is still pending.
Once the order status changes to Processing, cancellation is no longer possible, as our team has already started preparing your order.

• Registered users: You can cancel your order directly through the orders section.

• Guest users: You can cancel your order only via the email sent to you after completing the order.

Refund will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the returned product.
